Event Summary Schedule

Important Planning Tips & Warnings

• August Pop-up Expirations: Several highly searched West Bund installations (including the SkinCeuticals dock, Jo Malone countryside pop-up, Pepsi space, and Spider-Man trail) ended in August and are no longer open.
• Trade Show Entry Rules: If you plan on visiting the B2B exhibitions (such as the massive CIIF Industrial Fair in October), you must complete online pre-registration and bring your physical ID card/passport to enter.
• INS Club Hopping Secrets: Arrive before 21:00 to store bags and play lobby games. Collect your floor wristbands and drink coupons before 22:30 to bypass the massive late-night queues.
• Photography Warnings: When riding the Dreamcore Amusement Park carousel at night, keep your phone safe—lasers from the ride can damage smartphone camera lenses.
• Best Time for Bund Walks: Start your Bund walking photography route around 15:00. This captures the soft afternoon daylight, allows you to watch the sunset at the North Bund, and positions you perfectly as the skyline lights turn on at night.
