Where Locals Eat Authentic Hangzhou Cuisine

Locals in Hangzhou gravitate toward long-standing neighborhood eateries, historic institutions, and bustling street stalls rather than tourist traps. Time-honored restaurants like 杭州酒家 and 知味观 deliver benchmark banquet classics, while neighborhood bistros such as 福缘居酒楼 and 宝中宝食府 are celebrated for crispy intestines and homestyle stir-fries. For everyday comfort, residents regularly visit breakfast hubs like 游埠豆浆 and affordable chains like 新白鹿餐厅.
